E-Scooters & Off Road Bikes

South Wales Police are receiving an increase in reports regarding the use of E-Scooters and Off-Road Bikes in the area. Please can you have a read over the attached leaflets regarding the laws around using E-Scooters and Off-Road Bikes. Moving forward we will no longer be educating person/s caught using them, we will be issuing section 59 notices and seizing the vehicles when necessary.
