The booking costs above are for the space and the set equipment that will already be in these areas. Additional resources, such as seating, audio visual equipment, and staging set up will incur additional fees. The list below covers most of the main items, but we will endeavour to accommodate most needs but please contact us at bookings@ccyd.org.uk so that an appropriate solution and costs can be established.
