ICO WORLD KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Congratulations to the four CCYD learners who have been selected to represent Wales as part of Team LCMA at the ICO World Karate Championships in France next week.
What an incredible honour for Will, Louie, McKenzie and Mya to compete on the world stage while still at school. Their achievement highlights the dedication, discipline, and commitment required to excel in both education and sport, demonstrating how young people can successfully balance academic studies with elite-level competition.
The entire CCYD community is immensely proud of these learners and would like to wish the whole Team LCMA squad, coaches, parents, and students the very best of luck as they represent both Wales and their club in France.
One Team. One Nation. One Goal. Let’s bring it home!
