CCYD CYMRAEG – DUOLINGO WINNERS
Congratulations to our two outstanding Duolingo learners, Olivia Byrne (Year 9 / KS3 ) and Jessica Thomas (Year 10 / KS4), who both achieved 1st place in their respective Key Stages. Both learners received a certificate and a voucher in recognition of their fantastic effort and dedication. The challenge was introduced by Miss Winters, Head of Welsh, to inspire learners and staff to practice Welsh outside the classroom in a fun and engaging way. It’s been amazing to see so many participants embracing the opportunity to develop their language skills. We’re already looking forward to the next Duolingo challenge—so keep practicing and get ready to join in!
