CCYD GEOGRAPHY CHALLENGE
A group of Year 10 learners from CCYD recently represented the school at the Earthshot Climate Challenge final, held at Techniquest. Although their video entry did not take home the top prize, the learners were proudly awarded a certificate in recognition of their efforts.
The event also provided a fantastic opportunity to meet inspiring guests, including writer and BBC presenter Will Millard, as well as Llyr Gruffydd, Cabinet Member for Rural Resilience and Sustainability.
Well done to all involved for their hard work and commitment to tackling climate challenges!
