Ospreys Army Team Building
Monday was funday for the year 9 Ospreys Tackle group this week. The group were invited to The Grange in Swansea for an Army Team building event along with seven other schools from the Ospreys district.
We were teamed up with Ysgol Cwm Brombil for activities which included problem solving, puzzles, basic skills and physical challenges, whilst also meeting professionals from the Armed Forces and Civil Services who spoke about their professions and experiences. Pupils had the opportunity to ask questions about their careers with pros and cons.
It was a unique opportunity to be involved with such a diverse group of service providers and pupils from the whole rugby district.
A big thank you to the Army, Navy, Royal Air Force, Border Force, Fire Service and of course the Ospreys Community Officers who organised this event and made it possible.
